....before I shut down for a bit, I want to take a minute to wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving. And wherever you are, whatever you do....make sure you stop and tell someone you care about that you are grateful for them being a part of your life. It makes a world of difference.

I'm thankful for all y'all in this forum and others for the enticement and education I've received on the subject of coffee. It wasn't long ago that I was happily slurping Tarbucks and blithely enduring the burnt flavor and stomach upset. Now I drink home roasted single-origin coffees almost every day, and the difference is staggering. So a heartfelt Thanks from me to all the bean fiends on CA and CS. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone!
