I have been hitting the El Salvador's hard this year and getting out of my Ethiopian rut since I have not found many in the last couple of years that did much for me. Even with the El Salvador's I don't care for SO I have been replacing Brazil with them for my blends to change things up a bit.

El Salvador coffees are sleepers. Very versatile at different roast levels. There are great Ethiopian coffees around, pm me your address, GTR.
