I lost my father 18 years ago to pacreatic cancer, like Steve died from.
It's a horrible disease and I salute Mr.Jobs for the fight he put up, also like my father.

As much as I dislike Apple, I've always thought Steve was a genius business man. He will be missed, RIP Steve.

At 56, I can only imagine what he had in store, much like John Lennon...
"Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do,"
"If you haven't found it yet, keep looking. Don't settle. As with all matters of the heart, you'll know when you find it. And, like any great relationship, it just gets better and better as the years roll on." -Steve Jobs

A respectable and successful man in any rational persons mind.
Steve made some world changing stuff happen, and the world is a better place for his place in it.

RIP. Very very sad. I am scared to death of pancreatic cancer. Seems like it is one of those cancers that you do not find out you have until it is too late to do anything.

Sad day. Steve Jobs has been a hero of mine since 1988, the year I bought my first Mac. He changed the world in a good way. No denying the fact.

He was smart enough to know the end was near and the public responded by making Apple stock reach $400 a share the day he died out doing Exxon Mobile.

Rest easy, Steve. I may have not agreed with some of your business practices and have gotten into arguments with your users, but your company (and you) have spurred an entire industry towards greater innovation. Thanks for all that you have done.

In 56 years he single-handedly made an impact on this world like no other has. Imagine what he'd have done in another 40?
The world has truly lost a special human being.
May his family and friends know God's peace as they mourn.

Good words:
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma — which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice.
Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary."

Being a human being, my first thought was of course one of sympathy for his family, his friends, his co-workers and employees, and his loyal followers. Rest in peace.
Being a total wise-a$$, my second thought was "When will Apple announce the launch of Jobs2?"
