I recently smoked a CAO America that was very good. It has a beautiful barbor pole wrapper and was a very well constructed smoke. I believe it is a newer smoke from CAO. I haven't seen or heard much about it but I must say that it was a very delicious smoke! I was actually hoping to hear from some of you out there on what your thoughts were if you have smoked one.

Most the CAO smokes I have tried were full bodied smokes that packed a good punch. The CAO America seemed smoother than the others I have had. I really enjoyed it and am curious to see what others out there think.

I've got one sitting in my humi getting ready to smoke. I'll probably pull it out soon and give it a try.

I had one that I had sitting around for about 2 years from when I started smoking. It was decent in the beginning but got a little rough at the end. Not terrible but I probably won't get another. They are nice looking though

I'm not much of a fan. Although it was the one and only cigar I got a peanut butter flavor from.

I believe that have been out for at least 4 years. I do like them, although I haven't had one in a while. CAO's lines aren's really my deal with the exception of Soprano and America. :tu

Overall it's a solid smoke. Not very complex, lots of smooth, creamy, nutty flavors, with a slight sweetness. Not in my top 5 but I do smoke one every July 4th and the barber pole looks great. Not worth retail but if you shop around they can be found for under $5.00 each.

I think they were a gimmick more than anything. Not a very good smoke, IMHO, and overpriced. Not one of CAO's finest.

Gotta agree with Kevin on this one. But damn if they don't look purty. :D

I'm gonna have to agree with Kevin and Mac. Looked awesome but to me it was just kind of bland. Everyone has their own taste. If you like it smoke it and enjoy it. :2

I have and they are too mild for my tastes.
Beautiful cigars and bands though.

I thought is was too mild as well. Not bad but not strong or flavorful enopugh for my tastes.

I smoked this on the 4th with my father. Neither of us were very impressed. We both shared a pair of Graycliffs afterwards that dwarfed these in comparison.

I smoke them on US holidays only. They are not the best CAOs out there. I like the La Traviata maduro best then the Brazilia line.

mmmmmm.......peanut butter. :dr I didn't pick up on that. I do love peanut butter but I am not so sure about having it in my smokes!
