Good with a cigar

I sometimes want a non-alcoholic drink, and I would like to know what people perfer went not drinking their usual. I know it's a strange request but I am new to this lifestyle so be kind. Thanks:hm

I would not have thought that but I can see it being a nice fresh crisp follow up to a cigar.

Honestly, I've been going more simple when enjoying my cigars. Water when it's hot outside and coffee when it's cold. The water really washes my mouth out, so I can taste my cigars better. I used to go with beer, but that tended to deaden my taste buds.

One more vote for Cream Soda. The first time I had it I didn't know what to expect but it was the only soda in the house after a long day of work. I mixed it with some Jim Beam and it went well with the smoke. I have had it both mixed and plain many times since then.

I actually prefer red wine with a cigar. One really enjoyable Cabernet I had recently was a 2006 castle rock from napa valley.

Non-alcoholic beverage? Iced tea, water or diet pepsi. Coffee sometimes.

Since my diet I have been drinking water only (except my occasional mixed drink or beer), Derrick has me interested in trying Sprite, I drink this carbonated water from Walmart and they have a Key Lime flavor which is reminiscent of Sprite....I will give this a shot and report back.

I actually like barq's the best, because it has caffeine. Haven't had ibc in ages.

Coffee, water, or tea. Lapsang Souchong is the best tea I've found for cigars. It's got a smokey flavor of its own and it stands up very well even to full flavored smokes. A very satisfying combo.

Typically just water, unless its cool out in which case I'll grab a coffee or I think the coffee will go well with it. Dr. Pepper or root beer(typically mug) if I'm smoking multiple strong ones.

Jones Soda company makes my favorite root beer, and cream soda too, for that matter.

Strange request? Why? If someone always has a drink containing alcohol in their hand, I'm more concerned about them than I am about your request.

Coffee is good with a morning smoke. White Chocolate hot chocolate (or chilled) is another great drink. I also like Cherry-Limeade, but it can overwhelm many cigars. Tea or iced tea is also a great compliment, and I personally like to have some of the different Rooibas teas (Butternut Toffee is my absolute favorite) for their compliment to a cigar.

As for sodas, I am not a big soda drinker, but Cream soda is a nice one to go with a cigar.

My smoking is very limited as is my consuming alcohol but I am new to cigars and was trying to get some info
