I'm really struggling with the angle this Lincoln guy is taking? He got Otto to roll on Samcro, he got Juice to roll, and now Bobby is somehow caught up in all of this. I'm confused about where this is heading.
To respond to the question posted above, I think alive.
I'm guessing alive based on where the bullets hit... At least for now.
Pretty good episode.
I think he got hit in the shoulder and then the belly. I think he lives, but dies at someone else's hands....maybe in the hospital or something like that.

I think Clay is alive but Unser will probably finish him!

I imagine Otto has to testify in court to really put Bobby away. So I think someone will get to Otto, straighten him out. I don't know who that will be because everyone's preoccupied with Gemma's face, Tara's hand, Jax's ex-wife and now Clay's torso full of holes.

good episode last night,
so with Clay incapacitated the Irish will back out of the meet, they dont want to deal with Jax, screws up the info Juice gave them, not sure how the Otto/ Bobby thing is going to resolve itself, might be Otto dies and Bobby becomes the in the "inside" guy

Agreed however two things I was thinking was there could be a possibility that jax stays and makes the club more legitimate like his old man was trying to do (ie stick to **** and maybe pharms) or maybe he does move but takes a couple of the guys and opens a new chapter in Oregon
Additionally, I've said it (not here) that I think the attorney general guy is going (already has) pushed the new sheriff too far and hell end up falling into the club like Unser did.
elderboy02
12-02-2011, 01:53 PM
...jax stays and makes the club more legitimate like his old man was trying to do (ie stick to **** and maybe pharms)...
I think that this is what will happen. Gemma will say to Jax "This is what your father wants." That way, Gemma will be happy because Jax says in Charming and she can see her grandkids and take part in the drama that she so loves to be in.

I liked the finale personally. It wasn't action packed, but it was packed with character changes and plot changes for the coming season.
You have: the killing of the daughter of the biggest crime boss in Oakland, a Dep Sheriff in crisis over the changes, an weirdo AUSA that is pissed he was jacked, Jax attempting a takeover (don't think Clay will lay down for that), Tara eyeing down Gema and taking her place (Gema won't take nicely to having no power, if you ask me), a pissed off Clay who still has to deal with the Irish otherwise the whole club is toast, but he doesn't know that and more.
All in all it wasn't action packed but it was deep as far as plot movement.

Im a bit let down at the finale as far as a action standpoint. But then again I am spoiled with season 3's finale and all of its epicness. However I am completely fine with the season 4 finale, as it dealt with the deeper plot of the club and setup for a grand season 5 IMO.
I don't think we've seen the last of Lincoln Potter either. I really liked his character, and the sheriff saying "your one odd dude" was dead on the money.

Just recently finished the 4th season as we watch it a bit delayed over here.
I have to say that I'm starting to lose interest. I think the first two seasons were brilliant and the wheels started to come off in the 3rd and 4th.
I didn't like how Clay became such a one-dimensional bad guy this season and Tara's character shift just seems a bit too tidy.
