I have been looking around for a hutch that I could turn into a liquor cabinet / cigar humidor and found this very inexpensive piece on ebay. Only problem is that it's a bit too far for me to go pick up. So, if anyone has been thinking along the same lines and you're near Orlando here's a good chance. This one is actually a little more than what I want, though on teh cheap I'd take it.
