Easily one of my favorite cigars that live on the mild side.
Very thick but creamy smoke, and simply delicious.
I was excited to try it, largely because it's the first non-peppery smoke I've had in a while and I was getting sick of those. I cannot explain what it tastes like, just like tobacco to me, but it was delicious. As with most cigars I tend to smoke, I found it to be quite bland down the first third.
I seemed to have used a size to big when punching it, next time I will use a slightly smaller punch as the draw was very easy. Also it is probably the most even burning cigar that I have smoked to date. I love the even burns, adjustments drive me absolutely crazy!

It came in my sampler. One day I'll look into buying a box... I gotta make a list of the sticks that I really like.

Check out the Perdomo Habano as well then, another one of my favorites.

I like the Lot 23's -- very nice smoke and reasonably priced too. I'm partial to the maduro's but the natural's are good too.

But, i'm not a fan of the Lot 23, but i will say the maduro is leaps and bounds better than the natural. :2
Thanks for the review!!

I haven't ever tried a maduro Lot 23. I bought a box of Connecticut Lot 23s if anyone wants to trade me a few of these for a few maddys.

Thanks for the impressions.
I like the Lot 23 for being so cheap and pretty mild. Love the maduro version a lot more though.

Just found out my neighbor is a cigar smoker and his favorite is the Lot 23. I got a conny in a trade a while back. Sounds like I need to give it a try.

Tho I am partial to the Maduro, the Natural is also very enjoyable.
(New to the asylum, but been puffing away for a good 10-12 years)
One of my everyday favorites. Down to my last two (2) and will most definitely be buying more. Watch the Monster for great deals.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND the MADDYs.

Though I am still an infant in my journey into cigars the Perdomo Lot 23 Maduro is where DPD6030 started to get me hooked. I plan to enjoy one tonight
