The No 9 is one of my favorite cigars right now, so figured I would take a couple pics.

How do the 52s differ to the 9s? I have seven 52 flying pigs in my humi. I LOVE them!

Haven't been able to get my hands on any 9s.....

The Liga Privada No.9 is more earthy whereas the T52 is more spicy.

As for the components of the cigars, here's a C/P of something Saka wrote:
---BEGIN
No. 9
Wrapper - Connecticut Broadleaf No. 1 Darks
Binder - Plantation Grown Brazilian Mata Fina
Filler - 4 Different Nicaraguan leaves + 1 Honduran Leaf

T52:
Wrapper - Connecticut Grown Stalk Cut & Stalk Cured Sungrown Habano
Binder - Plantation Grown Brazilian Mata Fina
Filler - 4 Different Nicaraguan leaves + 1 Honduran Leaf - however, the 2 of the Nica fillers are different from the No. 9 blend as are the proportions.

Flying Pigs:
Identical to the respective cigar blend except there is more Nica Viso and Ligero due to its ample girth.
---END

Great pics as usual. I'm more of a T-52 guy myself. Can't get enough of them.

Never had any of these, I guess owing to the fact that I never go to Brick and Mortar stores, lol.
I am guessing they would not appeal to me though, strong cigars don't do too much for me. I think
people who can take that extra body get a lot of flavor out of them, but for me the flavor is always
hidden by the stout body. Too much burn on the nose. I try to control it, but it creeps up there.
Padron Anniversary is about as stout as I go down the Nicaraguan path. A lot of love for these cigars,
though. And that's always good.

The 9's are tops in my book, much better than the T52's, IMHO. The LP 9 Piggies are superb!

I like 'em both for different reasons.
The OR No.9s are smoking really well now...
Hoping that the T52s will progress similarly

By far my favorite as well. The flavor and smoke profile is awesome.

The hardest thing is trying to find 2 uninterrupted hours to enjoy them

I stock up on these weekly

# 9 Pig would be number 2, then the Dirty Rat

The JD 4 is my favorite but alas, not going into regular production.

Actually have one of those, but the way people are describing them, makes me think I'm going to do an episode of "man vs tobacco", and that I'm going to end up on my azz!:sh

If you can handle a T52, you can handle a JD4. The JD4 is a little bit "heavier", but that's about it.

There are stronger cigars out there than the JD4.

Point taken.

Just the same, I'm going to make sure it follows a nice heavy meal as opposed to chicken salad, lol!

What? You're not afraid of burning buildings but scared of a widdle ceegar? ;)

Mental note, email Tuck, ask him to make you speed smoke an LFD-DL... lol :pu

Love both of these blends. Great flavors, perfect construction, huge volumes of smoke.
