When is your humidor ready?

I got a 400 count humi and wiped the inside down with distilled water a few times. I also added a small bowl of water and left it for a few hours. I repeated the process and right now she has been reading 65% with no humidification devices in it. Is this thing ready to be packed with Cigars or should I wait longer to see if it truly holds the level?
