As you may know, Representative Bill Posey (FL-15) introduced this bill on April 15, 2011, to reduce regulatory burdens on the premium cigar industry. It is currently under consideration by the House Energy and Commerce Committee. If this bill reaches the House floor for a vote, I will certainly keep your thoughts in mind.
