This thing is a monster!!! 6 inch x 66 gauge, yes thats 66 ring. I went to a local shop yesterday and he had a box of them, soo, I picked one up. Yet to smoke it though. I was wondering if anyone has any input on them, besides why I havent smoked it yet. Has anyone had it?

I smoked one with a buddy. It was alright, I would give it 8/10...
If you wanna see a true monster cigar check out the Flor De Oliva 1066 Giant. It's 66 ring x 10 inches... My buddy and I both tried to smoke a couple last summer. Too big, and the flavor was consistent, but for the size of the stick and the cost, its hard to beat for a golfing cigar.

WOW! That would be an all-day cigar for me. I would lose interest before 1/2 way!

Yep.
Especially when they cost like $6 a piece, that screams quality :r

I got those FDO 10/66 "Clown cigars" for gag gifts for my house warming. If all else fails they can be used for crowd control! :D
I like the Gran Habano line as a good cheap smoke, but not that thing :td

Even I wouldn't buy something that huge. And I love large ring guage cigars.

It seems like a lot of those Cigars with crazy sizes (ie Perdomo Immenso) are just gimmicks, maybe I'm wrong?
That's what she said.

While it seems a bit like they are selling these for the novelty factor of huge cigars, The 60 ring gauges are very popular right now. With the Nubs debuting a 64 ring gauge as common place, I think cigar companies are trying all they can to continue to make money off the 60+ RG market. For people who smoke a ton of NUBs at 64 RG, 66 is not a huge leap.
Whether we like it or not, these sizes sell.

Sorry, I digress, I meant to say that the goofy shaped Cigars, with unusual lengths, and massive RG's are gimmicks. I could be wrong.

I like the RG of the Nubs so this might be right up my alley. :)
