I was in attendance at the Celebration at the Station in 2008 when he was the guest of honor. Didn't have the honor of meeting him personally, but he spoke to those in attendance and one would've never guessed that he was 107 years old. :usa

This brings tears to my eyes. It's important to remember these people and these events. People gave their lives for our country and we need to remember them and why they made the ultimate sacrifice.
