and you know what?

A few dashes of Angostura bitters made it into an interesting, quite different creature.
I like it.

While it usually takes bamboo splinters under my nails and photographic evidence of something for me to drink it, the lesson learned is that the bitters makes a beer with virtually no body/flavor a different creature. I was actually thinking it would be quite good when it is 95 degrees and 90% humidity.
