Has anyone flown from MIA to HAV? I am directing this towards those with non US Passports to keep this forum friendly.

Well, you could just fly Cayman Airways. Good scheduling on MIA to GCM, then GCM to HAV. I have no idea on a direct flight, unless you are going nonstop from Canada. Maybe a charter flight service?

It's not like anyone is going from Miami to Cuba. It usually works the other way around. ;)

You'd be shocked.
Most that have rafter over, get their permanent residence green card and back they go to see family and bring them much needed goods.
Those flights out of Miami are always full.

Is there a limit in place as to how many times within a certain amount of years one can travel out there?
