I find them to be the most retarded and incompetent outfit I ever ran into.
I posted the runaround on the old site that they put me through on April Fool's Day a couple years ago. It'd have been much funnier had it happened to someone else.
Ultimately they tried to smooth things over, and they even screwed that up.
And their cigars are awful, aside from maybe the Kiki brown, which is smokable, but far from special.
Some really nice people work there, so there's that.

I don't have any experiance with their cigars but I'm a big fan of their cutters. Decent prices and lifetime warentees and really good reviews make this a company I think fondly of. Only have their punch cutters but they work fine.

Edit: They sent me a complementary Green Label cigar complementary with my order. The cigar wasn't anything special, but the gesture was generous...

I like their Red Label cigar, I have ordered from them several times, and always get my cigars the next day in perfect condition.

I have only tried the red and green line. My wife did like their La Carolina for a while before she moved to cigars with more body. The ones I have tried didn't do much for me, but I haven't seen the brown label around.

Never tried the sticks, but I sure do love the humi I bought from them years back. The count was WAY off, I think it was supposed to be a 50 ct, but I am sure I have 100+ crammed into the thing and since I set it up it has held a solid 62-65% the entire time.

I visited their location in Miami last november, but never tried any of their cigars. I was there on invitation of Albert Argenti from Berger & Argenti, smoked their quad maduro double corona which was amazing.

I've smoked the brown and green Don Kiki, and a Maduro Cabinet selection. They were all pretty average to awful, nothing to write home about. Thankfully I got them in bombs and trades so I never wasted my money on them.

Thank you a millions times for your gracious offer Clark, but I've tried them all and I'm good to go. I may even have some browns laying around.
I'm sure some of the guys who like sweet mild stuff would enjoy the Cupidos and some of the others if you'd hook them up.
I'm surprised this thread hasn't gotten a lot more hits, cause I know for fact a lot of guys have some Cuban Crafters in their humis. They may not be insanely popular, but I think lots of brothers have tried them along the way.

Havn't tried any , I am scared to try them.I heard no good things on them but read reviews where its 50/50. Heard they make good boxes though. I thought they were outfitted somewhere in miami.

They are local in Miami and have a pretty nice store. They people there are very nice and they have a good walk in with alot of non Cuban crafters selection at a decent Price. There brand however while I have only tried a few there are good everyday smokes. I've been gifted a few cigars from various bundles there and they are not bad for a value stick.

Tried the Don Kiki Red, didn't do a thing for me.
The Cabinet Selection Maduros, however, are Quite Good;
one of the few cigars that pair perfectly with red wine
(syrah & pinot noir, esp.)

Cuban Crafters is really a very good company and they are willing to work with you regarding prices... let me explain. I wanted the J.L. Salazars and saw them in an old ad they had but when I went to their site, they were $30 or 40 dollars higher. I called them and told them of the ad I came across and they delivered them at that price. Have been buying from them ever since. Salazar's are a very good smoke as well as the Cupido's. Am still out on the Don Kiki, no matter which color you choose. Have several boxes and they are aging in the corner of the humidor (almost 2 years now). May have to break out a "brown" to see if they have gotten any better.

I've had the brown on a vacation and while I wasn't wowed I definitely would pick them up again if I am ever in the area.

They have the sampler that comes in a wooden box, if I remember correctly. That's probably a good marketing tool, vs. a Ziploc bag.

Haven't had the cigars unfortunately, but their cutters are the best in the industry in my opinion.

the jl salazars are fantastic, if you are able to get your hands on a jl salazar maduro, even better!!!
