Thanks for the good thought, but I myself am going to follow the sage advise of French mathematician and philosopher Blaise Pascal, who wrote "The biggest problem with man is that he doesn't stay at home in his room, where he belongs."
You may not like that, but you can't argue with it.

Happy New Years to all.
Kris and I are having a nice dinner of crab stuffed grouper with baked potato and asparagus. Then we are heading out to the firepit to enjoy a couple of sticks. We couldn't be safer and I hope the rest of you are as well.

We're heading out to a casino later tonight, but staying well away from the Strip. My buddy is driving, so there may be a few cocktails in store for me. The wives will play, we'll smoke, and life will be grand. A Happy & Safe New Years to all. :ss

Hanging out with the wife, sampling our stock of homebrew, mead and liquor, and waiting for this year's Dick Clark hilarity watching the ball drop. Enjoy my brothers (and sisters) and stay safe--Happy New Year!

Minimal driving after minimal imbibing is my plan.

I might drive like 5-7 miles. But in this small town, more than safe I don't think I'll make it into town today though. Probably not worth it.

Ah the great George Carlin, loved that joke. :tu
Roads were definitely safe for my liquor store run. Not too many people out here.
Spending the night in with some missed friends!!!! Be safe everyone.
