As you can see from my older Liga Privada reviews like the T52 robusto (http://www.sigarenliefhebber.nl/donblog.php?misc=search&subaction=showfull&id=1291392453&archive=&cnshow=news&ucat=1&start_from=&), #9 belicoso oscuro (http://www.sigarenliefhebber.nl/donblog.php?misc=search&subaction=showfull&id=1287251580&archive=&cnshow=news&ucat=1&start_from=&), #9 robusto oscuro (http://www.sigarenliefhebber.nl/donblog.php?misc=search&subaction=showfull&id=1264632240&archive=&cnshow=news&ucat=1&start_from=&) and the #9 Flying pig (http://www.sigarenliefhebber.nl/donblog.php?misc=search&subaction=showfull&id=1262470860&archive=&cnshow=news&ucat=1&start_from=&), I love Liga Privada and it would surprise me if they don't make the Cigar Aficionado top 25 for 2010. The T52 blend recently became available on the Dutch market and this 6x52 belicoso has a € 12.00 price tag.

The wrapper is dark, oily and silky with a few long thin veins. The cigar has a mild smell of a barnyard and cedar. The construction feels good. The predraw is great and has a pepper flavor.

I taste a soft coffee flavor with earth, full flavored but smooth and soft with a mild sweetness that turns into dry cocoa after a quarter of an inch. After half an inch I taste some pepper in the aftertaste, but real mild.

After an inch the sweet chocolate becomes stronger with more earth and a little pepper in the aftertaste. That is the mixture of flavors that I keep tasting for a long time, the flavors don't develop but I don't mind because I love what I taste. Near the end I taste a more spicy mix of chocolate, a little bit of earth and cedar.

This cigar lasted me for a long long time, two hours and fifteen minutes. The silver gray ash is firm. The draw and burn are fantastic. I got a good amount of reasonable thick smoke. This cigar is full flavored and full bodied.

Would I buy this cigar again? Absolutely

Nice review Ferdie! Really looking to trying this vitola as I would rate the T-52 Toro one of my favorites right now and I usually prefer a Beli when I have a choice in vitolas.:tu

After trying 3 of the No. 9 toros, I have a number of different sizes from the No. 9/T52 lines coming. Can't wait to try more of them.
