Was offered a chance on a box of Cino cigars from 1947. The haven't been opened as far as I can tell and have been in an old walk in humidor for quite a while. What do we know about cino cigars???

We know that if they're from 1947, most likely their dried up shells of what they once were.

I don't know anything about the cigars.
But I think the cost and "in an old walk-in humidor for quite a while" is somewhat vague. Not knowing the provenance since 1947 would make me very skeptical.

Brother in law is doing a remodel of a house and the previous owners had a walk in humidor/wine cellar and the new owners asked him to gut the basement but leave the wine cellar. Most of the cigars are dutch masters and henry clays and the such but the cino's were found on the top shelf..

He knows I am a cigar smoker so he's offered them to me if I want them..don't know a thing about them and was looking for info.

If you find the conditions were adequate, you might want to see if the DMs and Clays are pre-embargo clear Havanas and pick those up too.
