Sweet Potato Pie

Thought I'd share this recipe since Thanksgiving is almost here.

Sweet Potato Pie

1/3 cup soft butter
½ cup sugar
2 eggs lightly beaten
¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
t vanilla
½ t nutmeg
½ t cinnamon
¼ t salt
9 inch deep pie crust

Cream butter and sugar, Add eggs and mix well. Add everything else and mix. Pour into pie crust. Bake 425 for 15 minutes and then at 350 for 35-45 more or until set.

Thanks for the recipe. Hope it would taste good. I am going to try this out sometime soon. Not like some other recipes this has less varieties of ingredient. So it would be easily prepared with a less amount of time as well. It is a real change from the traditional potato cooking ways. It would be a great recipe for a family get together as well.
