Mark, I think it's corrosion from the coffee.

... am I the only one who's guessing that the spoon just has sugar on it?

Haha, awesome pics

Thanks....OK so why does everyone hate on Ghurka here? That one in the pic is the only one i ever had and i thought it was pretty good. It was a shaggy Ghurka..Obviously all of u have tasted much better cigars than me since i just got into cigars about a month ago.. But i have had some BAD ones that i bought in some really cheap bundles but this one was actually one of the better that i have had. I guess i have to smoke a more of a variety till i can actually "Rate" a cigar..

Thanks for all the replies..I just got this DSLR camera so im sure i will have a lot more pics to come.

I am the few that enjoy Ghurkas too, and like you went after cheap bundles, some i still keep around for an in between cigar or to smoke with people that don't mind cheap cigars, or what not but have found good flight sampler and premium sampler sets for good prices well worth the taste. And for being new as well, i went after those cause I'm finding my pallet and felt I would learn more from that. Its time to experiment feel around. Look for the you smoke, I know me and another guy from the site here agree and disagree on some tastes and I am even acquiring some of his now. But we don't judge and yet I may even go back to a cigar I didn't like the first time and like it later or vice-versa.

Thanks Corey...Yeah i def can tell the difference between the really cheap bundles i bought to put out on the cigar table at my wedding and the $12 cigars i buy from my Local Shop or online....I am having people over next week for my 28th bday party and only one guy smokes cigars...and he is even more of a newbie than me..I know if i light up one of my monte habanas a few guys will want one so i too am looking for a cigar i will enoy as well as the 4 guys that never smoked will enjoy...

Im thinking someting like Oliva V or C...what u think?

I know some of the premiums that are medium to full bodied that I like my non cigar smoker buddies eyes water <I let him smoke a cigar Revsmoke gifted me>and i need to go with a more mellow cigar with him if I want to keep an in town herf buddy that is a long time buddy and colleague. He does however wanna try 1 of my man o wars so I'm prolly gonna bring 2 Conneticut leaf ones over. Some of the guys I have smoked with that arn't big cigar smokers liked the mini flavored infused cigars but the more I smoke with people with aged/premium pallets the more I am finding myself stray from the flavored/infused cigars smoking them rarely. Now theres a retired counselor that used to work at my facility that I gift some of my cheaper to and he prefers them over a premium I got him years ago.again even with non smokers they have aquired taste I am learning and don't always like the kick your butt good smokes. Again it falls to Revs post 38764 and to what compliments the smoke you are using. I have smoked an olivia I didn't like then had one a few days ago with an asylum buddy that was great smoking outside while in a tree stand just enjoying it. I smoked one with coffee once that I didn't like with water or vice versa. Some days with same drink same smoke nothing different i just didn't have the pallet for it, but liked it the other time. I may be not the one to ask these questions to yet but hoped I helped in some way. You could always find a 90-94 rated 5 pack sampler for $20-$30 or less and say hey i just got these premiums wanna try them?
