Been thinking of adding Padron to my humidor after having a padron maduro 3000.
Wanted to get everyone's perspective on what padron cigar do they stock and why?
What is your favorite Padron????????

The Anniversary's are in a different league from the x000 series. I like the 26th Maduro's. :tu

1926 series is probably the best, both Maduro and Natural. The 1964 series is right up there too. I think even the Padron Classic series is one of the best cigars out there, particularly the Maduro. The delicias are a great size.
If budget is on the mind Padron Delicias Maduro is the way to go.

1926 #2 Maduro was awesome. I've only had that and some cheaper x000, I can't remember which.

Looks like a number of people like the 26th. Is there something special that padron does for these cigars?

I enjoy the '26 Maduros the best, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any Padron!

1926 #2 natural is my favorite by far. The 1964 corona is good. I also do partake in tHe enjoyment of a Londres more often then any of those though.

While I haven't had a lot of the anni's, for me the best is the Londres Maduro. I love it because, one, it's delicious! Two, it's cheap, and three, it's easy to come by locally. Usually any decent B&M will have these in stock and I don't feel bad at all picking up 5 or 10 of these at a time.

'64 anniversary Maduro, the first cigar that made me actually want to taste the smoke, and for that matter, the first cigar that made me not only decide my favorite wrapper is maduro, but my favorite cigar shape is box pressed

64 exclusivo natural(haven't tried the maduro yet) hands down. Best bang for your buck though are the Maduro Corticos($18 for a tin of 6)

I love the 1926 and the 1964 series, but the 3000 natural is my everyday cigar.

I agree with your thought process. I too love the 26 and 64 Maddies but for for regular rotation I prefer the 6000s. If I could afford to smoke the Annies more regularly I would but in all honestly the most common Padron you'll find me smoking is a 6000.
Toss up between the '26 #9 Maduro, and the '64 Principe Maduro.

All of them. the 1964s are my favorite. I have not had a cigar in any price range that was better.

I would separate the x000 series from the rest. Of the x000 series I like the 2000 Maduro and the 4000 Maduro.
Next I like me some 80 Year Maduro followed by the 40th Anniversary Maduro, 45th Family Reserve Maduro, 44th Family Reserve Maduro, any other 1926, 1964 Mondarca Maduro, 1964 Imperial Maduro, 1964 Exclusivo Maduro, 1964 Principe Maduro followed by any other 1964.
I am anxious to try the new 46th Anniversary cigar :D

46th Anniversary is an awesome smoke! It's stronger than the 44 and not as full bodied as the 45.
the 56 gauge on the No. 46 makes it the perfect smoke. I was lucky enough to have been able to buy 2 boxes and I've since smoked 2 of them. I've had 6 No. 45s and 3 No. 44s. and 2 80ths....
IMHO the Padron Family Reserve No. 46 is their best cigar.
treat yourself to a great relaxing smoke!

64 Pyramid Natural is my favorite so far. Although I have not had the Family Reserve.
Why? Because it is creamy deliciousness, mild to medium through the first 1/2 and then a touch of spice and medium bodied as the RG shrinks. It is a continual experience from lighting to final rest in the bottom of the ash trey. The shape I am sure has something to do with why it is so different for me than the other vitolas. And the natural wrapper is better than the maduro. The maduro wrapper mutes the evolution that I prefer, although it has one of its own.

I think I'll try to source some londres maduros, a sampler of annis and the 46th to start. Thanks for the advice everyone.
1964 Anni Imperial Maduro, 45th Family Reserve Maduro.
Waiting to try the 46th. When you get into the high end Padrons, they are simply awesome. I have never smoked another NC cigar that is as buttery and silky smooth.

Amen to that brotha. If im smoking a 1926, you better believe its going to be a number 9 maduro. But sometimes ill step it up to a 45, or maybe even an 80th :tu

I do not like Padron at all which to me is weird. I have never met anyone who doesn't like them. I have never heard anyone trash them. Every Padron I have smoked had the flavor of licking a cigarette smokers ashtray.

I always keep the 3000 maduro on hand as a regular smoke. I prefer the 64 maduro in the anniversary line. I can't remember what vitola.

Ha ha ha. Yeah. Different strokes for different folks I guess. You may just have to stick with those Acids and Cojimars.... :r
I feel bad cause this is far too wishy washy a subject for me, and I do not buy them anymore,
so it rings a bit hollow. Oh, and because I can't narrow it down even CLOSE to one or two. BUT...
Padron Panatelas - Mind blowing thin cigar
Padron Executive - best double corona in the world
Padron Churchill - how can they call this lonsdale a churchill? who cares!!
ALL in NATURAL WRAPPER!!!!
