Hydra/Humi-care cartridges interchangeable?

Look exactly the same, only Hydra is grey, Humi-care blue.
Need to replace the cartridge on my Hydra but my preferred vendors only carry Oasis or Humicare. Anyone tried putting one on the other?

Yes, they are 100% identical except for the color as both units are manufactured by Hydra.
