I was introduced to the game of cornhole this summer at a picnic and had a blast playing it. I know there are alot of folks @ the Asylum that play and I was curious where you have ordered boards from. I found plans online to make them but would like to get a custom painted set made. Anybody have a good experience with a particular vendor?

Thanks
Steve

I found a lady in the tampa bay area who did an amazing job for me and making my 49er custom boards. Search her through the tampa bay craigs list. Sorry I didn't save the info. She made bags and boards.

I just had to double check to make sure I didn't post this in the "12 year old and under" room.

I've used www.baggo.com to make some custom boards. They're about $120 after it's all said and done and they do a fantastic job. I really like the way that the entire thing is sort of self contained and easy to transport.

Do a search on your local craigslist. I was surprised to find a decent number of people offering boards, bags, services in my area.

A friend made these for me :D and the 2nd set for another friend :tu

He's currently making me a 2nd set using the HC logos.

I believe he has about 4 guys in line now that they've seen the two Cohiba sets but I can see if he'd be interested in doing more.

Can't really tell from the pics but there's an LED light ring in the hole as well as 4 holes in the base leg (to accommodate 2 beverages and 2 Bobkens). :)

Just finished another set, figured I'd post here as well. They wanted to incorporate the RA dress box.

Jess wanted to buy a custom clemson/ carolina set, they wanted $140 and I laughed in the guys face. I built some from plans online for about $35.

they dont look as nice as some of these above, but I would rather have the $100

It's a pretty simple project. If you don't mind them looking a little homemade.

I knocked them out in about 45 minutes apiece and Jess painted them in a afternoon.

My step-dad has the tablesaw & other wood working tools. He's working on two pair for me now. I'm thinking with 4 boards I will put the 4 Detroit pro sports teams logos on them. I'll post some pics once their done.

Innova, those are all absolutely gorgeous! How are you doing the logos so nicely? (Unless it is your secret, in which case I completely understand) Also, did you use laminate flooring for the wood tone cohiba version? Great touch on the lighting as well. I would be proud to own a set of those, whether made by myself or anyone else, as long as they looked that good. :tu
Props, sir.

Logos are done using various camera equipment and photoshop, and thanks for the props! :D

Didn't use laminate for the Cohiba board. It was done with birch and matching stain in the aisle at Lowe's with a box of CoRo's in my hand :D

Innova,

You're beautiful work has me second guessing. My step-dad has one board finished and is almost done with the second. However, they are not painted. That part is up to me. I was leaning toward a sports theme, but you have me thinking about my favorite cigars instead. Simon Bolivar would look good front and center. I'm going to have to do some homework on how to get it done.

Thanks,
Mike
