I always tell my guys "If you're not gonna do anything, get the hell outta here."
It just looks bad when they're mealing around waiting to go home. I can't count the number of times I've caught flak for guys strokin' it, but I have yet to ever get grief for guys going home.
Let them be five minutes late getting back from lunch and it's the end of the world, let them go home an hour early and no one gives a ****. I'll never understand it, so I just play along. :)
