This 40 year old is back in school. I am doing the transition program from Paramedic to RN. This is going to take me about 15 months of non-stop studying. mmmmmm maybe I need to put this in the Prayer request!!!! :banger:banger

Good luck, I know how hard RN programs are. I had a friend drop out of one not long ago.

I'm doing something a bit similar myself...worked in the corporate world for 11 years, got tired of the backstabbing co-workers and lying bosses. Last spring I started taking pre-reqs and will enter an accelerated nursing program myself and will be finished in May 2012. You'll have a much better head start given that you have some experience in the health care field though.
