10 team limit, default yahoo league settings, with a live draft that will take place online. If you can't physically make it, your pre-draft rankings will automatically select the highest rated player you have left on the board in each round). This is a head to head league with tie breaker going to overall points if someone has the same W/L record.

The draft is set up for Monday, September 6th (Labor Day) at 9pm EST. PM me for league invite with your email addy.

5ers due as follows(let's consider these to be of "premium" quality, so think along the lines of something you'd spend $6-10/stick on average.

1st-5ers from 7-10(total of 20 cigars)
2nd-5ers from #5-6(total of 10 cigars)
3rd-5er from #4(total of 5 cigars)

I think we'll try for a CC only league, but if for some reason we cannot reach 10 people, we'll open it up. It shouldn't matter if you're going to place in the top 3, right? ;)

In for a non CC league. Don't have the inventory to play in an all CC league.

Let me ask the others that have signed up this far. The reason I did this was figuring *most* people would have less conflicts for work because of the holiday on Monday. I'm not really sure that I can change it though.

Does moving the draft back a day or two work for everyone else signed up? Trying to see if that works to add the 2 requests above. We may be down to just 1 spot left if that's ok.

It sounds like everyone has tough work schedules. Would a Saturday or Sunday draft day maybe work for everyone? Duane, feel free to tell me to STFU, it's your league!

Weekends kinda suck for me, Mon - Thurs would be the best. But it doesnt really matter Duane!

I have tried to get ahold of azcards83 in Hawaii, but I am sure he has better things to do right now than look at his texts.

Gentlemen,

In case you haven't noticed, I've made LK the commish and asked him to find a replacement for me. I hate to bail, but without going into too much detail, I've had some things come up that make it necessary for me to drop out. On top of that, I'm in 2 classes that each have a 30%+ drop out rate after the first month that I have to do well in to begin nursing school in January. I will also be very absent from all of my other extra "hobbies" like this one for the most part over the next 4 months.

I'll ask Mario to send an email to everyone on where to send the cigars. He'll do a fine job.

Yeah, one of those things. I can't even say I earned it, that's just how it plays out sometimes. Although, since we're just playing for the playoffs anyways, it wouldn't have been a big deal for me had I lost, I'm scoring plenty of points anyways. I do like my team, and Arian Foster is back this week against the Colts again. Hope he can put up another 200 yd performance.

Has everyone paid in? I know everyone had contacted you at some point, but if I'm reading this correctly in the league notes, there are still outstanding payments? What is the decision on this?

Congrats, Jeremy -- I've been playing fantasy football for 20 years or so and never saw a team ago undefeated. Until yours.

Thanks, it was a fun season to be sure. Actually, I've gone undefeated before, so that wasn't too new to me, but I had a solid fantasy season all around, mainly because I had a couple guys rated much higher than most people who paid off big time for me, ie Arian Foster. I've already started prepping for next year, my first draft looks like June this year, so hopefully there's football in the fall.

Where do we stand on this? I don't want to seem overly pushy because it's not really about the cigars for me, but it seems there were two members who did not ever send their cigars that they owed, is this correct? Since this was arranged on CA, what is the plan with respect to trader feedback? I think we should at least make a note so that they are not eligible to play next year. I really hoped it wouldn't come to this, but it's been a couple weeks since the end of the season...
