I had something happen today and i feel the need to share it.
First the back story: Several years ago i was engaged to a woman who will remain nameless. After a 3 year relashionship and engagement i came home from work to find that she had broken off the engagement and informed me of this on a 3 line note. I later found out that she cheated on me with a high school friend whom she married 3 months later.
Flash forward to today: I was out shopping and stopped in a store. Who do i see behind the counter but my ex's husband. He imediatly apologizes to me repeatedly for what he had done. He also informed me that she had returned that favor by doing the same thing to him and now he is getting a divorce.i told him i was sorry to hear that. I accepted his apology and advised him that it was water under the bridge. i told him that he infact did me a great favor, and that i am happier than ever. Which is very true. I finished my business shook his hand and left. All the while i had a big smile on the inside. I am a firm beliver in Karma, and it made my day today :D

Sometimes karma can be a female dog. Other times it can be like winning the lottery. Congratulations.

The thing is; that other guy was just another victim, the person who needs a karma smack is the Ex. What happened to her?

Yeah, I don't really see where karma played it's part here.

Of course, Scott feels pretty good about the incident, and that's a positive outcome that shouldn't be overlooked, either.

Heh. He may be a victim now, but at the time he was a party to the crime.

Either way, the ex sounds a little on the loose side, she'll probably get hers someday. :xxx

Isn't the problem that she's getting hers a little too frequently? :xxx

I dont think hes another victim. he knowingly did what he did. As for the ex i have a prediction that she will be a lonley spinster with 20 cats at some point.

He went behind my back with my fiance. then had someone go behind his back. if thats not karma i dont know what is. :2
Unless maybe the guy gave you a discount or something.
Oddly enough he did.

This is a good argument for everything happens for a reason. At the time, you thought you were getting the short end of the stick when in actuality, you were the one being looked after! It may not have seemed like it at the time, but in the end, you got the prize! :)

This thread should be for any guy on here who looses his girl for whatever reason. Life moves on and you're usually happier for it.

As for akumushi... that post was hilarious! :r

Was the guy a high school friend of hers or friend of yours?
