I've been smoking a few Illusione 88 cigars and I like them quite a bit. Since I smoke only one cigar per day, I wish they were a little longer. Longer like the Illusione mj12. Has anyone smoked both of these and could you tell me if they're the same other then size?

I've heard the 88 is a more robust cigar than the others. I have one mj12 in my humi, and I almost took it to a herf today. I'll have to smoke it soon and let you know!

Glad you're enjoying the 88s!

I should just buy a box of the 88's. They're very good. The five inch length does not equate to short burn time either. They seem to be very well rolled which gives me a two hour smoke. Just about right for me.

I think they are both good cigars. The MJ12 is a bit more mild, but good flavors nonetheles. What about an F2, I think that's my favorite of his Illusione blends. You can also look at some of the larger Cruzados.

This won't really be help you make a decision, but I love both the 88 and the MJ12. NEVER had a bad Illusione.

IMO the 88 is the only good stick in the whole Illusione line!

I smoke almost only CCs but I had the chance to smoke some MJ12 while in vacation and I need to say, they are very good.

After receiving a five pack of the MJ12s, I finished my first one. Not so good. Too loosely rolled and not much taste. Burned well though. I've got four more to try. So far, 88's 1 and MJ12's 0.

who do you love more your mom or your dad?

MJ12 is your mom smooth and classy.
88 is your dad robust and in your face

both are great but in this analogy I prefer mom by a nose. hope this helps
