initial reviews seem to indicate that this could be the BEST vintage in a long time, and is prices conservatively compared to recent years.

check out these two WSJ articles:
http://blogs.wsj.com/wine/2010/04/29/robert-parker-2009-bordeaux-best-vintage-in-decades/?KEYWORDS=bordeaux

http://blogs.wsj.com/wine/2010/05/10/363/?KEYWORDS=bordeaux

there was actually a better article on WSJ but I couldn't find it...

outside of that, I can't offer much insight but can say a few bottles does sound like a good idea...

I hears too that this vintage would be special as they indicated with 2005. I have some from that year but haven't opened them. i think I'll go ahead and grab a few of the lower priced ones on this list.

I don't think you can go wrong with that decision. I've thought about looking for a few bottles myself. Just my $0.01... instead of $0.02 because I don't know much about wine...
