View Full Version : The joy of cigars

You can have two different ones in the same day without feeling guilty... Wait that is why cigars are better than significant others. :)

But as hobbies go cigars do have many advantages. If you golf it's pretty tiring to play more than one course in a day. Not to mention that our performance can greatly affect the enjoyment of the course. Cigars? How they perform is the issue... No pressure on us. One of the many relaxing aspects of the hobby. They also go pretty well with golf.

Cigars can be enjoyed while you do other things. Any hobby that goes well with drinking is destined to have legs.

Like to fish? Cigars are a great companion hobby. Golf? Yea baby? Scuba? Ok maybe not so well.

The sheer diversity of choices available in cigars ensures that "sum tin new" is always waiting to be explored.

The tendency towards everything in our lives becoming so PC it's nice to have a hobby that is not that we can still enjoy to the dismay of the forces of conformity.

That and smoking them ain't half bad.

Funny man...the only thing I can say though is after too many cigars, the performance of my tastebuds suffer. :)

So I go out on the patio to watch the sunset with a glass of vino, fire up the notebook, light a SP Molinos, and what do I find? A nice post by Dave. Life is good. :tu

I'll beg to differ. There is nothing better than seeing a coral reef with a good cigar... that is, until the mask fills up with all that damn smoke.

I absolutely love cigars, I really don't know where I'd be without them. They allowed me to put all the negative energy I was putting into Heroin into something positive and fun.....I love the hobby and the people, especially everyone here, you are so generous and so easy to make friends with, don't know what I'd do without you guys, I spend at least 1-2 hours here a day.

I must admit I do feel a little guilty if I smoke more than 1 cigar in a day. It doesn't stop me or anything:D
