Wedding Officiants in Florida???

Getting married in Panama City Beach, Florida in September. Third time is the charm folks! :) She likes porch time, cigar smoke, and well, Me:D. I was wondering if anyone here might be licensed to perform a wedding in PCB. I had rather pay a BOTL or SOTL. If you can refer a good one, that would be cool too!
