I'm about five boxes into Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, and if I eat one more bowl I think I will surely snap. It's way too healthy and I think my body has developed an aversion to pretty much anything that's good for me.
I've been a die-hard Cinnamon Toast Crunch guy for years, but that got old, too.
I have to find something else I can eat for lunch before I fade away. ;)

Of course. I don't do breakfast. I seldom eat or drink anything until after one in the afternoon. Today was an exception, but I got up around 5:00 (instead of 7:00, when I normally drag my ass out of bed). :tu

Ahh. Well, I hate to say it but I'm a honey bunches of oats (with almonds) fan myself. As for sugary cereal, I go with coco puffs or Reese's puffs.

The times that I do eat cereal, I eat Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds. It tastes good for a healhy cereal. Honey Nut Cheerios would be my second choice.

I usually don't have time to sit and eat cereal. I keep a few boxes of cereal bars at my desk at work and eat one when I get to my desk in the morning.

My wife is preggo and trying to watch sugar intake - we found it surprising that Honey Nut Cheerios have more sugar than Honey Bunches of Oats.

She should look into the Fiber one cereals. While they don't taste as good as coco puffs, they are still very tasty and good for pregnant women.

I've got 4 in my rotation.

Honey Bunches of Oats with almonds

Shredded Wheat (the big biscuits)

Grape Nuts

Froot Loops (not so sure with the "new" improved flavors)

I also eat Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds, so mark me down for that one and then i also have Golden Grahams in the pantry and if I'm lucky and the kids haven't ate all of them I like a bowl of Cookie Crisp.

Tim, the Froot Loops reminded me of Apple Jacks. I put them on my list.
I might try Grape Nuts, too. Last time I remember they were like hard cardboard balls. Maybe they aren't so bad nowadays?

I'd would toss a handfull of your HCM beads in your mouth and chew em up. Imagine that with better flavor and viola! Grape Nuts.

Gotta go with Trix, they're not just for kids!

My wife gave me crap for eating 'unhealthy' cereal. She eats some sort of organic Kashi granola type stuff. Turns out my Trix has more vitamins and less bad stuff per serving. Granted, that's because the percentages are calculated by weight and the serving size is volumetric, so the heavier Kashi cereal takes a hit... but still, I won that fight :)

I eat Grape Nuts with lots of milk and just a sprinkle of sugar. They're still hard, though, but I like the change of pace.

They've done some "improvements" on the Froot Loop flavoring. Not sure I'm a fan.

If i'm going sugary I love the Cinnimon Toast crunch and the Reeses Peanut Butter .

Also a big fan of the Honey Bunches of oats. I add raisins to it.

Special K protein
Kashi GoLean (don't eat this cereal if you don't have access to a toilet). I threw out my box
Smart Start

Now for unhealth cereal Cinnamon toast crunch, fruity pebbles, and reeses are my 3 favorites.

Coco Pebbles/Dino bites, are my all time favorite. But for now it's a combo of Special K, the fruit and yogurt is pretty damn good and Honey Nut Cheerios.

I don't normally eat breakfast. If I do eat cereal, I grab one of those individual packs of cereal at the convenience store and a thing of milk. I usually eat Lucky Charms or Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Special K (Red Berries or Berries & Yogurt flavors).

Other than that... Honey Bunches of Oats, Raisin Bran Crunch, or Honey Nut Cheerios are about all I'll ever eat.

I used to eat grape nuts, then I noticed the salt content. It's absurdly high. Now I just throw some quaker quick oats in the microwave with milk and whatever fruit I have around - blueberries or bananas, then add some raw almonds or chopped walnuts. Delicious.

Grape Nuts, Frosted Mini Wheats or Raisin Bran---I want to always eat for nutrition and not just eat for taste-----but taste is also an important thing.

Looking at the amount of sugar in products is one of my things.

For breakfast -- Oatmeal (the real kind -- steel cut oats), which I like to mix with chunky applesauce. Instead of applesauce I might have rasins and brown sugar.

Occaisionally I will have cream-of-wheat instead.

For snacks I will any one of the following (dry): Golden Grahams, Corn Flakes, Multigrain Cheerios, Rasin Bran.

Frosted Mini Wheats... best cereal hands down.

And the Malt O Meal bag version is way cheaper and personally, just as good (OK, almost as good). And, if your store has it, it comes in an "family size" bag.

How I've managed to avoid it so far is a mystery to me. I should have it something awful, but so far, so good. I'm getting better as I get older, eating better stuff and more "regularly". I still haven't broke through that "eating in the morning" barrier. It makes me sick.
Hopefully that'll iron out before too long. :tu

I also do a rotation because cereal is my breakfast, lunch, or evening snack of choice. Right now I have Cheerios, whole grain and regular, Captain Crunch, Fruit Loops, and Sugar Crisp in the cupboard. To change it out now and then a good bowl of Oatmeal is just the ticket on a cold winter day.

Cold: Frosted Shredded Wheat (health and flavor)
Hot: Plain Oat meal with a touch of milk and maple syrup.

I have to watch my sugar intake (and I watch the calories) - so it's plain ole Cheerios for me. Some days I'll toss in part of a banana. I'm pretty much use to it being non-sweetened - but if I get a need, I use a little Splenda on it.

Just so you guys know I wasn't just wasting your time... ;)
I picked up some Captain Crunch with Crunch Berries, some Apple Jacks, and some Grape Nuts.
I suggested to Lisa that she try the Grape Nuts mixed in with Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds. She did, and she loved it.
I asked my daughter, Rebekah, about the Reeese's peanut butter cup stuff. She said it's really good, but it tastes nothing at all like peanut butter cups or even peanut butter. I don't like anything that's peanut butter "flavored", but I'm going to give these a try. I put them on my grocery list.

Thanks for all your help, guys. I appreciate you going to the trouble to help me out!!! :)
