AC/DC - Bonfire
Aerosmith - Pandora's Box
Led Zeppelin - The Complete Studio Recordings
If I have to take single CDs:
AC/DC - Highway to Hell
Rolling Stones - Sticky Fingers
and either Montrose's self titled album or Guns'n'Roses Use Your Illusion

Tom Waits - Blue Valentine
I'm mainly into rock and metal, but Tom Waits is a guilty pleasure. The Piano Has Been Drinking is one of my all-time favorite songs. I used to have it on a mix CD with a bunch of stuff like Mudvayne, BLS, Slipknot, Metal Church, etc. I got a lot of "WTF is that?!" when it came on. :r
