If you were Stranded on a island, and you could have a 100 boxes of 1 type of cigar, and these would also be the last cigars you ever smoked. What cigar would it be. Specify details, brand, natural, maduro, everything, I want to know what would be the last cigar you would smoke and you get a 100 boxes so its a cigar you are able to smoke 2500 times, last cigars you'll ever smoke, what would they be. PEACE OUT.

No, I was never an Anejo whore. Context, always context. Remember, Scripture interprets Scripture.

So, the issue/context was the exaltation of Opus X, and my comment was that I thought the Anejo was a much better cigar than that Opus. I do like the Anejo, they are wonderful. I enjoy them very much, but they are not an everyday smoke for me. They are too rich to smoke very day - even if they were free.

Hope that clears up that misunderstanding.

Peace of the Lord be with you.

Patience with subpar smoke? Not like I used to. Now they get one opportunity, if it is something everybody is raving about - maybe a second chance. But no more than that.

Now, there is a marca out there that I want to try more of, but is cost prohibitive - Litto Gomez. There are a couple other marcas that have impressed me enough that I will be getting more of as time goes on, to see if they are as worthy as I believe they might be - Kristoff and J.Fuego.

But are any of these worthy to be my 1 smoke if it was all I could have? Not yet.

That still makes you more patient than me, my brother. :)
My alley is strewn with cigars that got maybe a half inch to an inch to "come around". I won't even force myself to endure an expensive smoke if it doesn't come around in 15 minutes. I DEFINATELY won't go back for a number two. That's great that you do it the way you do. I rely on your input because I know you take a good hard look. I don't have to because you do my due diligence. Saves me grief. :D
You're in luck, too, brother. I have a few 2006 Litto's left and just got a couple boxes of 09 Oscuros. If mind serves me, I have some old Kristoff's, but I think I looked for them once and couldn't find them. No clue where they got to.
Got a couple boxes of #46 Anejos today, too. I'm kinda overloaded with Anejos, really.
I figure you're gonna give me crap for sending you cigars again, but I don't really care. You spread the joy that is cigars, and you are very well equipped to do it. That's priceless, my friend. You asked why I pick on you. There ya have it. :tu

If you wear glasses, you could always focus them on the cigar, and light it this way.

There's the two sticks (real ones, not cigars) method of starting a fire.

Punch Champions. Sounds strange, I know, but I will always know I'm going to enjoy one when I light it up, it's consistant and for some reason I like the strange perfecto-ish shape. I have enjoyed other cigars more, but if I had to pick one forever, that would be it.

Another plus for this cigar, it has a pungent smell that I really like!
