If I'm inside or there is no wind I prefer a match...otherwise a butane torch.

I prefer to use a match, but because I do most of my smoking outdoors, it's not always the best option.... So, I LOVE my Ronson. I bought a cheap backup torch for when I leave the house and forget my Ronson but pickup a little yummy for myself... I also bought a cheap guillotine for the same purpose.
cheap butane torch from any gas station... done

I prefer a soft flame to a hard flame as it toasts the cigar and not chars it...

I like to use both butane and a soft flame, but I chose Butane since that's what I tend to grab most of the time.

Generaly I use a butane lighter.
This may sound odd, but when they come with a ceder wrapper I like to light the wrapper and use it as a match. IDK why

I've moved almost completely to soft flame lighters unless I happen to be outside in which case I use my extend.

Butane lighter, EverTorch to be specific. Torch for toasting and a soft flame to finish all in a classly looking package, the perfect lighter.

Inside or out of the wind - lit cedar strip, for me it is part of the relaxation.
Outside - any lighter will do.

it's a Don Lino Havana Reserve Habanito. (http://www.famous-smoke.com/don+lino+havana+reserve+habanito+50+cigars/item+19871?Nav=&Ne=) Awesome 7 minute size, I've been smoking them frequently.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned $100 bills yet. I find the crisp bills to generate too strong a flame, so I wrinkle them first.
Generally I use whatever is on hand. If I have all three: Ronson, Bic, than matches.

Butane torch to get the foot started quick and evenly. A soft butane lighter for touch ups to avoid toasting the wrapper.

Lately I have been experimenting with wooden matches, but my favourite light is still a soft flame butane lighter, with my torch a close second.
