I just took a look at my humi and realized that the Verocu Tubo I recently bought had a split down half the wrapper, a slightly broken foot, and a few other nicks in the wrapper. It has been stored gently in my humi and I am 100% sure none of these features were my fault. I would like to contact Tatuaje and get a replacement, as all other products I buy from them have had great construcion and no problems. Any help??

If you could post what happens I would appreciate it. Like to see how Tat does with customer service.

On another board someone had some issues with the tubo and Pete told them to go to where they were purchased. I am sure that you will be taken care of. Good luck.

:tpd: Pete Johnson monitors this address. I got a response from him on an unrelated issue in less than 24 hours in the past.

I would contact the vendor first and see what they have to say...

I would go back to where you bought it.
Let them take care of it.
Consider that Pete would have no way of knowing what that cigar has been through after it left his plant.

Yup, I think the vendor or B&M you bought it from should be your first contact rather than Pete himself. :2

I would inspect them if the cracking seems to be becoming commonplace. Just my :2

Just out of curiosity, did you happen to inspect the cigar before you purchased it?
