Well that was interesting. It really wasn't bad but its kinds hard to throw down a shot of pickle juice. It completely covers the taste of the whiskey so I guess if you have some really cheap terrible tasting stuff this would be the way to drink it, or at least to start drinking it.

To help get the thread back on track I tried this double shot.

The pickle juice shot got rid of the whiskey flavor in my mouth but I still the warmth in me after the whiskey.

The number of people who thought it was gross after trying it was zero. You guys that are knocking it should try it. If you don't like it feel free to at that point, but my experience thus far is that you won't be knocking it.

We must be talking about two different spots. The Noche, I went to is next to Drinkers at the corner of 18th and Chestnut. It's a watering hole, not a restaurant week venue.
