How much do you pay for an "everyday" cigar?

Same here, I try to stay under $6.00, especially for "everyday" smokes, but my range varies significantly and I love cigars on sale!

Well, I can't just hit one of those buttons though, now can I??? If I hit the $2-$4 button, I am lying every time I smoke a cigar that cost me $4.35 and If I hit the $4-$7 button, I am lying every time I smoke a cigar that cost me $3.74!

At yesterday's herf I went from a Camacho 10th anni to a Punch Punch, then a CFO #7 lonsdale. And then went Cuban again. I like the change from mild to medium to full. I almost never go full, full. I am just weird that way. :hn

I keep a bundle of decent under 3 bucks a stick for working around the house and out on the water ,reason if I drop it in the drink or on the ground or I wreck the stick it doesn't piss me off as much as if it were a 20 dollar stick

Since I average about 2-4 cigars per month, I try and buy only higher end stuff allowing me to let them sit.

:tpd: I fall in this exact category.
Although when I'm at work I smoke a lot of $2.00 stogies such as A. Fuente Curly Head Deluxe Maduro's etc. This is because I'm a FF/Paramedic and can be called out at any moment. I don't mind tossing a $2.00 stogie but a $4-$8 kind of bugs me. At home I'm in the $4-$8 as far as everyday cigar.

I'm betting there's a very strong correlation between how much you smoke and how much your "everyday" cigars cost.

I can't imagine smoking 4+ a day at $5+ per cigar. That's $7300/year on cigars alone if you smoked four $5/cigar a day.

I'm at about 1 to 2/day and I cringe when I have to toss a $5/cigar unfinished.

Yeah, none of them are top shelf, but they are good everyday smokes.

I also nabbed a sixer sampler of Gran Habano robustos for $7, an eighter of Sol Cubano Cuban Cabs for $15, and a 3-pk deal that included 1 Pepin Black robusto + 1 Man-O-War Churchill + 1 Camacho 1962 churchill for $5 (cigar.com catalog offer).

Add to that the freebies from local B&Ms, and I am what you would call a damn cheep bastage. That's OK cuz I smoke between 1 and 3 per day on a tight budget.

I average that pricing but I also use the Devil Site so I actually am purchasing more cigars weekly so the volume is more proportionate to actual cost per cigar. Wish I could average lower volume but with prices lower on that site I fiind myself buying more cigars. My friends who talked me into this site should be hung!!

Mail order folks can get a decent smoke for around two bucks... it is all about what you are willing to spend... for me I like cheap beers, Miller Lite... Some turn their nose up... Same is true for cigars, but I would rather smoke a great cigar then drink high end beers...

That was a very good deal. I paid $112.00 for my last box of the P1 and I'm sorry to say they taste rather warehousey, kind of dusty/musty.
