With the Holidays coming up and knowing my wife is planning on cooking up a storm, Saturday was the day to whip up a batch of sausage for her homemade stuffing, etc.

Good Stuff coming out...

I used to do a lot more sausage making in the past. Now I only do it a couple of times a year. This weekend I'm grinding up some Venison Sausage for our company Christmas Party.

Looks great Steve! I've always wanted to make my own sausage.

Go for it, it's a lot of fun (and so much tastier than the brown 'n serve stuff). My wife and I got a Kitchen Aid stand mixer as a wedding present, so we bought the grinder/stuffer attachment. It's fine for small batches. We've done up to 10 lbs.
