I wonder if that includes PO Box delivery, or is just residential/street delivery. Unless I read it incorrectly (and I will say I only just skimmed it) it doesn't specifically say that mail will not be transported on Saturdays, just no delivery service - so you would still have outgoing collectons on Saturday.

They plan to propose a plan to Congress. Nothing in stone and they've been told before that Congress wouldn't be happy.

Even if USPS loses money, it is critical to the US Economy and our national interest/security that our postal service be of the highest standard and affordable.

I'd rather our tax money go to maintain the excellent service we have than a lot of things we dump even more money into.
