top today.
I thought the Sunpentown Nano Carbon Blah Blah Whatever it was top would last more than a couple years, but I got my dough out of it, I suppose.
It died mid roast, so now the wife and I are subject to a possibly underdone or baked roast of a Ugandan/Tanz Peaberry mixture.

I built mine (SNR/CO):r:r:r [Salton Nut roaster/Convection Oven]right before my back surgery. I knew I would have all that off time to learn to roast.....:banger

Looks kind of like this

Regrets on the departure of you old friend. By some miracle my old Galloping Gourmet keeps working; I think it must be into it's 5th year. I could suggest ebay cruising for a GG but, fact is, you don't hear about COs of any brand crapping out very often.

What's your next move? Retirement?

Maybe Resispa will start a Hottop roaster pass and let us all enjoy his?:tu

Seems unfair to hoard such a nice thing.

I'm kinda surprised my Freshroast has lasted this long as I haven't paid much attention to the warning about letting the roaster cool off between roasts and have overfilled it more than once to get darker roasts.

I think I have a spare CO in the garage I scored at a garage sale for 5 bucks. I have no idea if it works, but I gambled. If the replacement roasts a hundred or so pounds as well, it is still money well spent.

And it is time to roast some Guat tomorrow.
