Looking to try and make some pasta carbonara and was wondering if anyone had one that they enjoy to make.

Don't use bacon, get "panchetta", or canadian bacon. Authentic is breaking an egg on the pasta just before you serve it.

I would like one also. There is a restaurant down the road from me that has this and it is delicious. I order it every time.

yeah, i have been reading around the different recipe sites but i was wondering if someone had one that they have tried and liked.
