a little too hot huh? Ive made the same mistake only with a hot sauce called Kick yo ass hot sauce.

Talking with my wife while making Red Thai curry paste for a pork and long bean stir fry, spooned the paste from the mortar to a bowl.

Then I did something I never do while cooking, put the spoon in my mouth.

I couldn't taste dinner that night.

Not that it was "too" hot, just unexpected. Like I said, A buddy of mine grows Red Savina Habineros and I make a hot sauce from them. It just helps to know what you are getting. Kinda like taking a drink of coke just to find out it's pepsi.
