So there is a coffee market here that I have been frequenting. Well there are several of us that they consider 'regulars' and they have allowed us free reign on their equipment and supplies during non-busy times and after hours.
I was just wondering what are some good books on barista skills? I have been looking at The Professional Barista's Handbook - does anyone know if it is any good? Any good reads on the Internet?

Another option is to bombard Mr Moo and Germantown Rob with daily questions on a seperate thread and resist all their recommendations until you end up with a good grinder anyway. Worked out well for me....:tu
