The daughter got a formal job offer today, so we will be celebrating at our house tonight. She graduated from college back in December and after searching for months, she finally got an offer that will use her language skills. It’s also our 35th anniversary, so it’s a good day all around. :D

Congratulations! It sometimes takes a while for a new graduate to find a job.

Our daughter graduated last December also with a degree in education. She has yet to find a full time teaching job. Most of the people hired were either teachers moving from other nearby schools are recent graduates who "know" someone in the school administration.
