I took a chance on this deal at CI http://www.cigarsinternational.com/prodDisp.asp?item=SP-4KB7257-M-10&cat=167
as they pulled the old bait n switch 2 months ago advertising the Oscuro and then giving us the Corojo. Well the Oscuro showed up and it was everything I thought it would be. Nice sweet maduro flavor, chocolate with a little spice. Great smoke all around. I might have to pull the trigger and get 10 more. At $3 a smoke you can't beat the price. I can't wait to try the Padilla 32 Oscruo. :tu
Notcie the difference in the wrapper color between the Corojo and the Oscuro

They're for real now? I saw 'em in the catalogue, but was still bitter over the bait and switch before. Maybe I'll have to reconsider...

I had to pull the trigger on this one. I'm also a bit bitter about the previous switch, but hell, for that price I can't pass it up.
Hard to pick a loser in this lot...

Has anyone received these yet? My order shipped today, but transit time here is about a week. I'm curious to see if they replaced these with the corojo like last time.

Those '32 Oscuros were the BEST deal I've ever seen on Joe ... amazing.
I had another '68 the other night and like it quite a bit, I might have to grab some Oscuros if they come up again. 10 for $30 was a good deal (I don't see it on there now, though).

Well this reminder just cost me $59.98. Damn, already got 10 of them a couple of weeks ago but who can resist 20 more of these for under $60, can barely get decent bundle stix for that. And of course free shipping helps a lot (link above still works). They can now lay in the cooler for a nice winter rest.:wo

Just let one burn. Had to let them rest a bit because the current weather is freezing all of my cigars when they arrive. Man... this blows the regular 68 out of the water. Awesome burn, and tons of flavor. Little harsh at the last inch, but I was over 90 minutes of happy already. Just picked up 10 more. :D

About 11-12 days. I was going to hold off longer, but I really wanted to smoke one. Oh ya, really oily wrapper too :D

Just smoked my first one and ordered 10 more. These are completely different from the non-maduro Series '68. They are rich, chocolaty and really flavorful. For only being in the humi for about 2 weeks, it burned great.
If you haven't jumped on this and like a big maduro, this is a steal.

KUMAR!! How's it going, bro? I'll send you a PM in a second ...
So how was this '32 Oscuro? I scored a few of those myself, but am letting them rest because it's to frickin' cold in Ohio to smoke something that big, lol.

Nate;
all I am going to say about this cigar is that it needs ALLOT of time to blend; if you want it tasting like the 32' lancero. Solid dam stick though.

I got mine a couple of days ago. Leaving them alone for a few days to rest from their travels and to allow me to recover from my stupid cold.
Finally ordered mine and got them today. And All i have to say is WOW, for the money it a freakin deal. Very creamy with chocolate flavor. Which i was surprise how strong the flavor was. This must be one of They best bang for your buck cigars i have. I'm definitly going to order more before they pull this deal down. I think i found my go to smoke that doesn't make my pocket lighter.
Thanks for the link:banger
just placed my order last night :tu :ss
