I'm a senior at the University of Florida and I always enjoy a good stogie w/a beer while tailgating in good ole gainesvegas.

I'm sure i'm not the only one :banger

No, normally when I tailgate, I'm working on that big ol' lugie or booger I can hock out the window at the slowpoke once I pass him...

I have a cigar (or two, or three, or six) every time I tailgate. Recently though, they have banned all tobacco products on university property so technically it is a no-no. I haven't gotten a ticket yet though, and no one else has stopped smoking their cigs yet, so I'm not stopping until they crack down.

I've got you.

Basically it's a gathering of friends in the parking lot of a stadium either before, during or after a game. Usually there's food and beer involved. It's called a "tailgate" party because usually the tailgate of a truck serves as either seats or beer table for the party-goers. Stage 1: the Basic Tailgate Party -- a couple of friends, a couple of beers, good laughs and good times

Stage 2: the Medium party -- a grill, some food, more beers, and often a few more people
