Well, it's good news mixed with worry.
Our second child was (supposed to be) due on Oct. 6th...BUT, she will be delivered via cesarean section THIS THURSDAY!!
Mrs Waynegro's Blood Pressure has hit all-time highs this past week and it's becoming to risky to go on any further into the pregnancy. She has preeclampsia, which can bring a womans BP to dangerous levels (both for mamma and child).
Anyway, it's going to be a stressful day or two for us. I still can't believe she'll be here in less than two days!! We're excited, but kind of caught off guard. Keep my ladies in your thoughts and prayers if you have time.
Thanks in advance everyone.

Look at it this way... At least you won't get woken up a 3 am to hear, "It's time." then run around like an idiot trying to get everything together. :r
Good thoughts headed your way. :tu

Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
My wife had preeclampsia with our first. She was 5 weeks early by emergency C-section. I had about 2 hrs notice that the baby was coming
I'm sure the girls will come through it just fine.

Good luck adn we'll be praying for you guys. If they are taking at or around 37 weeks, everything should be fine as the baby is developed fully, they just wait till 40 normally since they put on more weight. When my son was born, they induced at 37 weeks on the day and while it was considered premature, you'd never know it, not then and especially not now.

I can't thank you all enough. This place has always been special to me and it's nice to have so many kind-hearted people at one place. :)
We have to be at the hospital at 0630 tomorrow and delivery is scheduled for 0930 (I feel like I'm going to the airport, 2 hours early).
Her name is (going to be), Olivia. It's really starting to set in, if you know what I mean. It's been a busy, busy day and I see no end in site. Mrs. Waynegro is handling it all like a champ. I swear they handle (some) things better than us men. :D
Thanks to everyone, I can't tell you how much it means. I'm lucky to have so many BOTL/SOTL..friends pulling for me/us.
I'll keep everyone posted as time permits.:tu

No worries, my little guy came at 37 wks also. He popped out at ~7.25 lbs, bigger than all of the 40-wk babies in our family. Not a record breaker, but Mama was awful glad he didn't wait any longer! Prayers sent for all the Waynegro1s :)

UPDATE:
Ok, it's been a looooonnnng day. I'm very excited and happy to report that all your well wishes and prayers worked like a charm. :tu
Olivia Marie was born this morning at 0937.
Weight: 7.8lbs
Length: 20 1/2"
She is doing great and while Mama is sore, she couldn't of handled the whole c-section thing any better. My Ma is staying with my wife tonight and I just got home with my boy (He's a proud, proud fratello). I'll be up first thing in the morning to head back to the hospital.
I swear I'm giddy, I feel like telling everyone, I think I'd be able to frolic around if it wasn't for a bum knee and I don't even know how to frolic. You Papa's know what I mean, there is nothing like that feeling when you first set eyes on your child for the first time.
Anyway, I'll update everyone again tomorrow.
I just want to say, once again, THANK YOU!!! :)
CS was a special place, but the last year at our new home has really been special for me. I can't put into words what you all mean to me. Special, kind, generous, honest and caring...it's all here. I'm happy and honored to call you all my friends.
I'm just sayin' ;)
Now, what to :ss

Thanks, Gary!! I don't know how they do it either. They pretty much disemboweled her right in front of me, then get this...gave her Motrin for pain!! If they tried that with me, I'd have to have you bring me a fifth of something.
Nice cigar choice, brother. Thanks again. :tu

I will, Scott. Not sure what yet, but that's a great idea. Thanks for all the kind words and thoughts Scott!! :tu
