Way cool family gift! (pictures)

And it was cigar related! Got a package in the mail today from my Aunt and Uncle from down in Norfolk, VA today. With my wedding coming near they thought to send me a gift of something that has been in the family for quite some time that I would pass along someday..... Upon opening the box my jaw just dropped and when I read the note enclosed it made me all warm and fuzzy inside. The note stated that this cigar humidor was used by my great grandfather to keep his cigars in. The thought that my great grandpa smoked cigars made me smile ear to ear. Then all the thoughts crossed my mind.... wonder what he smoked? Not long after opening it I ran down in the basement to fill it with cigars.

Spoke to my mother today who said she knew I was receiving this. She says it's about 100 years old! Maybe it's a good place to store those old vintage sticks in cello. :tu
